Day 4 & 5- True reality.

When the Israelite spies were sent into their Promised Land, twelve of them went in and saw, and twelve of them came out and spoke - polarized reports. On the one side, you have Joshua and Caleb, who were so pumped about this amazing place and they knew and believed and boldly declared what God had promised them, that they were well able to go in and possess their land. They knew it was theirs. They believed it was theirs because God said it was theirs. End of discussion.
The other ten, however, perceived reality not as it was, but as they saw it in their own minds, to the point where they even confessed, "We've become like grasshoppers in our own sight."
Not once had God told the Israelites they were like grasshoppers. Not even close. In His eyes, they were the mighty people of the Most High God, whom no army, nation, or giant could stand against.
But an evil report transformed an army of kings into grasshoppers.
